The food was ok. Not impressed with the restaurant overall. Chicken bimbap was a bit dry and wasn't marinated enough and not so tasty. The japchae was good. The service wasn't so great as we have to flag down the server. The owner made a rude remark about why we weren't done when I asked for seconds on the bonchan. That was so rude and bad customer service. We weren't done eating and felt like we were being rushed to leave.

This place is one of the few Korean restaurants in the SF area that feels comforting. Many Korean restaurants don't have the authentic side dishes that actually are good quality but here I can tell they've had theirs for a long time and a system is set. I struggle with many Korean places in SF for being nice and hip but when I want something more homey it's hard to find. When you walk in, you will see many old Koreans and based on their conversations you can tell they've been regular here for a long time. Their soups will actually be spicy when you ask for spicy and will have home cooking flavor. It's a decent size place that hosts - people easily if you make a reservation. Would recommend at least checking it out.

Was here for an early weekday lunch and the place was empty (it gets super crowded on weekends especially for dinner). The interior is sparse and functional, service was prompt and polite and the food is really good. Good variety of quality appetizer dishes that came free with the main. We had tofu soup, Kalbi and pancake and they were all good. Would definitely return for our Korean food fix. Reasonably priced.

This place looks like a family owned / mom and pop kind of restaurant. It felt so homey and welcoming. The lady who took my order was super nice, and the gentleman who gave me my order looked like her husband was super nice as well.I ordered the galbi, it came with side dishes, pan-fried king fish, and dolsot bob. Everything was so tasty. Portions were huge. I can't wait to come back and bring my family and friends
